Note: Geriforte Syrup is safer than Geriforte Tablets because Geriforte Syrup does not contain Makardhwaj, which is a mercury compound used in ayurveda.

Key Ingredients

Chyawanprash: Chyawanprash is enriched with natural ingredients like Indian Gooseberry, Cardamom and Cinnamon, which combat coughs, colds and infections by fortifying the body’s natural immunity. The herbs contain excellent antistress and anti-aging properties. It also helps in detoxification. Chyavanaprasha aids in the smooth functioning of the circulatory, nervous and respiratory systems to maintain overall health.

Winter Cherry (Ashwagandha): Winter Cherry is a unique herb with antistress and adaptogenic properties that improves physiological endurance and protects against the effects of stress. It is an antioxidant which scavenges on free radicals in cells that are responsible for premature aging. Best Timing: At least 45 minutes before meal or 2 hours after meal.

Geriforte Tablet:

Initial Dosage: 2 Tablet, twice a day with water or milk.

Maintenance Dosage: 1 Tablet, twice a day with water or milk.

Geriforte Syrup is suitable for children. However, it can also be used in adults. The dosage may be modulated according to the health condition and severity of the symptoms, so consult with physician for appropriate dosage before using Geriforte Tablet or Syrup.

Side Effects

Geriforte Syrup is LIKELY SAFE for most people and there are no adverse effects observed within the dosage described above.

Geriforte Tablet contains a minimal amount of Makardhwaj (mercury compound), so it should be used under supervision of an ayurvedic physician. It might not be safe for the long-term use.
